Ultra thin screed by Buxton Flow Screeds

Buxton Flow Screeds an Ultra-thin+ liquid screed. This liquid screed we use is Gyvlon EXCELIO® which is the only factory manufactured liquid screed that can be applied at a minimum of only 12 mm in depth upwards. This ultra thin screed bridges the gap between smoothing compounds and bonded screeds. We are able to provide a thin, pumpable, flowing liquid screed that is able to achieve SR1 surface regularity.

We have used this high quality screed in hundreds of installations and know how good it is. This ultra thin screed comes ready mixed. When pumped, each cubic meter can cover 83m2 which is an excellent alternative to the more expensive bagged option.

Key benefits of using liquid floor screed

It is a more conductive medium than sand cement screed.
It can be laid thinner than competing systems without detriment to its performance so any underfloor heating pipes are closer to the surface (minimum cover to pipes 30mm)

How is it unlike sand and cement screed?

Requires no reinforcement.
Displays minimal shrinkage and will not curl.

Is more sustainable, containing no cement and using over 35% recycled raw material.
